If a condom doesn't break or fall off, it reduces your chances of contracting an std, but condoms don't completely prevent all stds. You can still contract herpes and HPV even when condoms are used. Those infections can affect areas of the genitals that are not protected by a condom.

True, it reduces the risk. It doesn't eliminate it altogether though.

false. the only way to reduce the risk is not have sex. there are other ways of getting STDs other than from genital sex
