Batteries tend to be specific to particular laptops, though there some which are interchangeable because designers have made their machines to accept common ones.

Don't assume that particular brands of battery fit all laptops, you need to make sure you get the right one for the machine no matter who makes it.

Between identical models of laptops, probably.  Any other exchange is doubtful.  Must have identical shape and contact points as well as volts and amps capability.

I got rid of my Crapshiba years ago and have never looked back.
