Don't you love it? July 4 protest application approved for group with 'Baby Trump' balloon?
President Donald Trump's plan to celebrate the July Fourth holiday with "A Salute to America" will be met with formal opposition as several groups have been applied and approved for permits to protest.
Code Pink, an activist group that owns a 20-foot long "Baby Trump" balloon, has had their application to fly the blimp approved by the National Park Service.

Wow, what a nice question to trigger Trump supporters.

Why do you think this is unusual? Code Pink gets permits for everything.
The blimp is frickin adorable. It does NOT have the effect they think it does. Knock yourself out, Medea Benjamin.

I served for them to do so. Whether I agree or disagree with them is neither here or there. Protest all you want but do so safely.

You know, even the generals said this parade was a waste of money. This is all about Trump's ego, not patriotism. We have a lovely parade in my neighborhood on the 4th of July, with fire engines and police on horseback. We always march in it, even in 100 degree heat. I think that's a lovely custom. Rolling tanks through the streets to boost about our military dominance is not a lovely custom. But Trump supporters will defend any travesty he commits, won't they?

The Constitution gives Americans the right to protest. It does not put limitations on WHAT we are allowed to protest. So you're angry about Americans doing what the Constitution gives them the right to do. How un-American of you.
