No, her own money and/or Harry's inheritance money which was originally stolen from commoners. The taxpayer shells out for her security and air miles. She already had apparently 7 million US dollars before they got married, somehow and had no help from the royals before the wedding. Since the wedding she is a burden in other ways but we are not paying for her clothes.
