No point in assessing the looks of such an old man.

Princess Anne was the only good looking one of the Queens offspring, proved by the fact that she is still very beautiful now, while her brothers are fat (Andrew) bald (Edward) and just plain ugly (Charles)

No. His ears no longer jut out as they have in the past, but it is facial features that make a person physically attractive, not ears. Charles' eyes are too close together , a bit too deep-set,his nose a bit too thin at the bridge. He looks better as a middle-aged to older man than as a younger man, though. Prince Andrew took after the Queen in the looks department and was the handsome one. Edward is not bad-looking, either, a better mix of the Queen and Philip.

Nope. Andrew got the best deal when it came to looks.

No, it wouldn't make any difference to his overall appearance, if they were cropped and pinned back but, like his wife, he could do with a paper bag over his head when out in public.

No, at best he has a very "lived in" appearance. His drinking has made his face , and most noticeably his nose, very red and blotchy.

Only if you think a face like a smacked bum is good looking.
