What is this cartoon?
Aired 2007-2009, but was produced 1985-2000. Can't remember what channel it was aired on but it was on Dish Network in Washington State. It had a dark animation style, kind of like Teen Titans but before that cartoon. One of the characters was Black and one of the other ones was an Asian girl named Amanda or Angela. I don't remember if it had humor or not. The show's logo had a sword in it. The cable channel's name started with a "D" if I remember right, and one of the characters was voiced by one of the big voice actresses. (Tara Strong/Grey DeLisle [sic]) .
No one else knows this cartoon, that's a broad date range. I think it was based on a comic book, if that helps, and the channel started with a "D" but was not Disney or Discovery (any version), if I remember right the word had the cadence of/kinda sounded like "Destiny". It was not religious themed if I recall.
