Do people generally see Eastern Europeans as racially mixed or at least not 100 percent European?
Maybe like 90 percent European or something.

Some Eastern Europeans have Mongoloid Admixture, especially Russians, Finns (if you consider them Eastern European...they are kinda Northeastern European), and smaller ethnics like the Chuvashs and Mordins. Russians and Finns on average have about 10% indigenous Siberian ancestry which is Mongoloid. Chuvashs have about 25% Mongoloid. But all groups are still primarily Caucasoid and commonly regarded as such.
