Which Marvel comic was this?

It was from the 80's where there was a woman with long, curly, brown hair running away from someone in an office building.

Then all of a sudden she fell through the floors as if she were a ghost.

I don't recall how she survived the fall or how she stopped, but she was standing still and couldn't move.

A samurai or ninja appeared and sliced her sleeves off from top to bottom. There were scratches on her arm, but no real blood from what I can recall.

He then continued to slice her hair. Swing at the right, swing at the left, trim at the back.

He then brought up his sword where he appears he's about to slice her skull open, but only went down maybe to the skull itself. Then she began to rapidly reverse her age until she was a baby again.

This warrior then began to train her to be a ninja/samurai/assassin/something as she grows up.

I only know it's a Marvel comic because Wolverine comes to an old man of importance with a beard, extends his claws parting the man's beard.

Any clues?

Well the woman sounds like Kitty Pryde aka Shadowcat, one of the X-men. She has the power to phase through solid objects.

The story sounds like it might be the "Kitty Pryde and Wolverine" miniseries, which featured Kitty and Wolverine traveling to Japan and battling with Ninjas and Yakuza.
