What do you mean "bankruptcy time period"? That doesn't make sense. However, here is the sentence:

(Your bankruptcy time) may increase to 30 months if you don't pay the outstanding balance before July 1, 2016.

I think what you want to say is:

If you do not pay your balance by July 1, 2016, your account will be submitted to a collections agency,

The (or you could use "Your") bankruptcy time period may increase to 30 months unless you pay off the balance by July 1st, 2016.
