Also did you read the article? it said nuclear CAPABLE. That means there is likely NO nuclear technology or weapons are on board.

I don't have to imagine it. I lived through it. Both Gulf wars flew gigantic NUCLEAR-CAPABLE planes through the Middle East. (Hell, my station wagon is nuclear capable and I drive it all over the place.)
