Is this a measure of the respect(or lack thereof!) Obama has for our troops?

Even if 0bama is cutting back on the Military, you would expect the Navy Seals to get 1,000 dollars worth of equipment; And for them to have to spend the money out of pocket is unheard of. The 0bama Regime has no soul when it comes to the safety and well being of the troops.

The right wing has made it clear that they'll assume just the very worst motives for anything Obama does. They're not even subtle about it. If Obama rushed into a burning building to save a child they'd be calling for his impeachment for trespassing! In fact, just about anything he does is grounds for impeachment as far as they're concerned.
