Many can't do the exercises you would advise long enough to do any good especially since they would still need to do their jobs and raise their families.
Some people have rigged up exercise bikes to batteries so an hour of riding can produce an hour of TV as a means to limit children's screen time. You couldn't run a home with that little power or afford to pay someone anything to do it.

If the people can't afford to pay their utility bills they won't be able to afford to hire fat people to pedal stationary bikes. I think you'd find that the number of fatties needed to generate enough power for one house would be AMAZING! So your plan would fail within minutes in the real world.

Brazil has something similar to that. Prisoners can pedal bikes to charge batteries that in turn provide electricity to poor areas and in return they get a reduced sentence. I think it's 16 hours of pedaling equals one day.

Paying people to exercise would not solve obesity. It has been tried by people who did not realize that things are more complicated.
It's easy to imagine that there are lazy people and motivated people, and if we just paid the lazy people, they would be motivated. Most people who are obese are not obese because they are lazy, and increased exercise does not help them because it just makes them hungrier.
I know it's easy for you to imagine that the world is simple, but it isn't.

You sound like the book AGENDA 21. The horrible future under a socialist progressive world gone mad.
