I've always referred to them as first name and surname. As for the origins certainly some people have Christian based names (Joshua, Issac, Mary and the names of the disciples are famous) but equally other cultures and regions have had a major influence in the commonly used names.

I have a first name, a middle name, and a last name.
Not one of those is Christian.
Someone named Christian (like Christian Slater) has a Christian name.

I was named after John the Baptist
and Saint Anthony.
I am amazed at how many people
have been named after John the Baptist,
and how many names are forms of John.

If you mean names from the Bible then no I don't. My first, middle and last names are all English versions of ancient German names.
