This is really annoying me. I have Ad Block installed on my PC and it seems to work for the time being. But lately, I have noticed every time I try to click on something the screen scrolls down or up and I accidental access something else on the site. I can see the Ad Block icon on the tab with a numerical changing every time I use a website and that includes YA site.

I have paused it but then I get all these annoying pop ups ads that get in the way of my screen.

Is there another way to adjust the Ad block, replace it with another software app, or will I be stuck with this mass of intruding ads and movement?

I am aware of IMDB website. However, it does not contain all the movies that have been made since the first movie camera was invented. Just curious to know the amount of movies out there and how many have been lost.

I used to be a blue collar worker and had noticed that office staff would always make you wait for them. Even when they were not busy ( rarely seen them be busy) they would still keep you waiting at the reception area or waiting room. Some deliberately stalled or procrastinated.

When I had worked long hours in my area inside a busy warehouse, or on the road driving a heavy vehicle,I was always busy and made the time and effort to see someone in the office area. I never kept them waiting or deliberately stalled. I may have been a low paid blue collar worker but I was never late, nor did I take my time, gossiping all day, and chit chatting to the other hard working staff because it was a very stressful and busy environment. Not fair at all.

I have been going to job interviews for various organizations and prospective employers only to be kept waiting for long periods of time. In fact, I waited for a whole hour just to see an office jerk who spent only five minutes interviewing me. I had noticed that he had no one else to see and didn't seem busy at all except to chat to someone about a trivial matter.

Also, just because you are unemployed doesn't give them the right to treat you like a third class citizen even though they have a well paid job. An easy, air conditioned, plush office job! They are on a salary and not on a low hourly rate of pay.

I am an Aussie and we don't have these food stamps here in Australia. We do have charities that hand out food parcels, basic necessities for a few days, or a food voucher (less than fifty dollars, more for families) for those on welfare.

Why do public housing in Qld (Australia) give the right and power to a mentally ill person to evict a resident (who has not done anything wrong and is not mental ) from their shared home just because they want to and out of vindictiveness and spitefulness?

This person who has been evicted use to be that person's carer and housekeeper and a relative too.

A Public Housing agent has accepted that demented person as the legal tenant and she has the right to do anything just because she is mentally disturbed.

This is not fair to well adjusted decent hard working individuals who have gone out of their way to help and assist those who are sick and in temporary care. I believe that the main reason why there is a housing shortage because too many mentally ill individuals are set free in public housing at a low rental rate ( 25% of benefits) to do as they want even if it affects ordinary people.

Some of these mentally disturbed should not be allowed to live in these low cost housing and be sent to a permanent psychiatric institution or a village where they will receive constant care and monitoring.

I have tried the online alarm clock and set it to go off in the morning but nothing happens. Does the computer need to be on or can it be shut down?

Or, is this all just another one of those online jokes?

I don't have a clock radio alarm and there's no alarm on my smart phone.

I believe that most of the Australian politicians have nothing else to do with their time but *****,back stab and play silly games with each other because they are over paid morons.

Instead of putting their heads together, setting aside all differences, to use their common sense,intelligence and personal skills at improving the economy. That is what they are all paid to do.

Maybe some of them should be paid the same amount as someone who is on welfare. Then when they have contributed to the economy and performed on a high level then they will be paid a bonus.

It seems like most of the lunatics ( all types) have escaped from their local intuitions and set free to havoc over the internet. Especially on the R & S topic site.

Take your medication and go elsewhere. And stop provoking the atheists.

None of them have the slightest bit of intelligence. Otherwise they would not be wasting their time trolling on the Religion and Spiritual topic site.

Why are there many young people who want to write novels and books about vampires,werewolves,fantasy worlds;etc?

They seem to think that writing a book is easy to do when they see how some unknown obscure writer becomes famous for their first best seller book. Then it is made into a movie. Big deal.

Don't they know that there are certain writing skills needed to acquire before even thinking about writing a first novel. Also, one needs to study a lot, do plenty of research,read a lot of books to get an idea about the structure of a book. Then one must have the patience, self discipline, maturity, life experiences or some knowledge and experiences within a field/subject that they propose to write about.

Believe me it takes a lot of hard work to come up with a new way of telling the same old story that the general public will like to read.

Every time I type in to chat room for singles I get an online dating site. I am not interested in dating someone. I just want to find some interesting people over the internet on chat rooms.

Drives me up the proverbial wall when I get sent to a typical dating site where they promise free to join and look but charge you to contact.

Does that men over the age of 45 years are considered useless? My father was 51 years of age when he had conceived me.
