Why? This may seem like a simple question you asked, but there is a lot more to it. And it all comes down to that. Why do you want to leave?
Do you have no family or friends in Vancouver? That's generally one reason to stay or leave.
Do you have job opportunities elsewhere? If so that's a reason to go.
Are you looking for a change?
Do you think you can make a better life elsewhere?
Only you can make the decision. You weigh your options. Grab a piece of paper and on the left side, you put the reasons to leave. On the right, the reasons to stay. Jot down all the things you can think of that are important to you and will affect whether you stay or go. Then it comes down to which column has the larger amount of items.

You need to say why you want to move away from Vancouver for us to be in a better picture to decide.
