is it not possible that the individual may be right and he government wrong? Are laws to enforced simply becuase they are made? Or to be declared by any number of men to be good, if they are not good?

It is not easy to answer what is right and wrong. The best is the teachings that humanities have learned to go to a better future. The results from the good and bad.
