I have a 1994 Buick LeSabre with 205/70/r15 tires on it. Can I put225/60/r16 tires on it?

Update:

I also have new 16" Rims as well, forgot to mention that.

How does the tire sizing work?

Yes, but you also have to change wheels, to 16 " ! You wont gain anything, except the "looks" ! Your speedometer will not read CORRECTLY!
