Can someone explain in depth the ATP to ADP cycle?

Using the words anabolic, catabolic, dehydration synthesis, endergonic, energy coupling, exergonic, hydrolysis and phosphorylation?

    How food supports the ATP/ ADP cycle

    Firstly, you need food as a source of energy for the whole process to take place. Food creates ATP. Next, hydrolysis occurs, energy for endergonic reactions (Anabolic) is released and a bond is broken, then the phosphate and ADP are released. Energy released performs cellular work. Left over is ADP. When it is created, energy released is used for cell transport, muscle contractions, and photosynthesis. Then to get back to ATP, it must undergo phosphorylation, which uses energy from exergonic reactions (Catabolic). Dehydration synthesis occurs here. Energy coupling uses exergonic reactions to drive endergonic ones.
