Can I file bankruptcy?
I'm owing more than 94k with car loan as well unfortunately I lost my business I can't even pay minimum payment. Yesterday i got some documents from bank through court I'm being sue for line of credit. What should I do? Can I file bankruptcy before appear in the court???

You need to call a bankruptcy lawyer and as soon as you do, he will send all of your creditors a notice that you are filing for bankruptcy and all collection attempts stop at that time.
Some of your debt may not be dischargeable but he will go over that with you when you talk to him
