How easy would it be to kill a zombie?
Can you really destoy the brain by poking a knife through the skull? Or even an arrow?
There are people alive today who've had farm machinery, knives etc stuck in their brains, some people have even survived suicide attempts with a gun to the head.
Zombies can even survive falling off a roof so they'd probably be a lot harder to kill than the ones we see in fiction.

There is plenty of scientific evidence that the mind is not confined to the brain but extends across the entire cosmos in the dark energy or aether or akasha as the ancients used to call it - death is only caused by brain injury when the subject believes its body can be killed by brain injury - read Dr Joe Dispenza's "You Are The Placebo" and make your own mind up.

There's only one way to kill them, get rid of the brain get rid of the threat. Use machetes and swords and crossbows and guns. A knife will simply get you turned. I am a zombie prepper.

Put salt on its tail. Otherwise, a Carl Gustav should do the trick. By the way, you can't kill what is not living. You couldn't kill a robot, or an aircraft - but you could destroy them.

Yes I would say harder than depicted in movies.
But if the body has been dead for years the bone would become brittle and easy to penetrate.
