Junior welterweight champion Danny “Swift” Garcia (29-0, 17 KOs) destroyed lightweight “Lightning” Rod Salka (19-4, 3 KOs) in a non-title welterweight bout on Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Garcia dropped Salka three times in round two to end it. Time was 2:31. Salka went out on his shield after going toe-to-toe with the much larger Garcia
