That 'question deleted' (when in fact, it was not) issue is a longtime, here/gone glitch with the site. Refreshing the page nearly always clears it.
I see lots of others complaining about the false answer limit. Meaning, almost surely a glitch as well. Again, refresh the page. When lots of users run into the same problem at the same time ... the issue is with the site and temporary.
Try refreshing the page BEFORE you type and attempt to submit the answer. If (like me) you can't remember to do that, copy your answer (so you don't lose it), refresh the page, then paste your answer back into the box and submit again.

The type of device used is not going to help, or change matters. It's a server end issue, that is causing the various type of problems users are currently experiencing. I'm on a desktop, and experiencing the same types of glitches. The issues being seen are a programming issue, and unless someone is monitoring things, nothing may get fixed until at best sometime Monday on India time.

There are 2 or 3 glitches.
One is saying questions have been deleted, ie, under review and the other says you have reached your answer limit (maybe question limit too)
Just refresh page and charge onward.
