Are Man United fans disappointed that they're bringing in a manager with poor man-management?

He destroyed Cillissens confidence which meant it was going to be impossible for him to save Holland in the shoot-out. No one wanted to take the first penalty which shows no one is willing to give everything for him. Last but not least he destroyed all the players confidence by playing such negative football and made them believe they weren't good enough to actually attack teams.

Man Utd fans are classically like sheep. They do no think for themselves so at this moment in time they don't know what to think. After a few weeks with Van Gall in the job and a bit of criticism from some pundits then they will be able to voice an opinion. If the media gets on his back then the fans will get on his back. They don't believe in a new manager being given a chance to work with such a bunch of useless shitbags, eg NotSoCleverly and BackpassCarrick. So if they lose a few games then they will agree with you point whole heartily.

Van Gaal is a massive gamble for Man Utd - he endorses cheating, fouling, undermining keepers and he's

quite happy to sacrifice flair for a dull midfield kicking match.

Nope. He's a disciplined man. He's not clueless like Moyes. He knows what he is doing. Thats enough
