How would it affect the Earth if Jupiter was as close to us as the moon is?
The question says it all, so feel free to go wild. I also don't mind long descriptions.
Thank you in advance for your answers.

The Earth wouldn't exist - the tidal forces of Jupiter would rip it apart.
And Jupiter's magnetic field would sterilize the debris.
The Earth could end up as another ring, or some smaller moons of Jupiter.

We'd be inside Jupiter's Roche Limit, so the tides wouldn't just lift water up; they would tear Earth apart. Jupiter would have a new ring.

As others said, the radiation wouldn't be good for life. On top of that, Jupiter is both much larger and more massive than Earth (Jupiter has 90% of the remaining mass of the solar system after the Sun), so Earth would be in orbit around it about the same distance as Io is. Tidal forces would be extreme, making Earth increasingly volcanic, not to mention a possible collision with Io.
And ocean waves and tides I wouldn't want to think about.
Jupiter would fill most of the sky, and Earth's rotation would become synchronously locked with Jupiter. Our Moon would be stripped away from its orbit around Earth to orbit somewhere around Jupiter.
In short, Jupiter rules.

Earth might be somewhat like Io with sulfur volcanoes, and deadly radiation. I think Io is farther than 250,000 miles from the surface of Jupiter. Earth would orbit, tide locked to Jupiter, so our day, and year would be longer.

If it where as close as the moon then earth would become a moon of Jupiter . We would start to rotate around Jupiter like if it where the sun

Oh man, earthquakes from Hell. And I'm pretty sure Earth itself would be one of its moons.
