Beyond Scared Straight, Doug The Bounty Hunter, and Game Of Thrones.
You'd think I have a pretty strange definition of reality, right? But I promise you, that last one is no more produced and directed than the others. Or any 'reality' TV show you can name. Even the news you watch is heavily edited, and they are allowed to lie. They call it jounalistic licence, you and I call it lying.
