Why does Pochettino think joining the managerial graveyard is a good idea?

He's going to the club the finished/ruined the careers of George Graham, Martin Jol, Juande Ramos, 'Arry "lord of relegation and administration" Redknapp, Andre Villas-Boas and it has now killed Gooner Tim's career before it even started? I just don't understand how he could view this as a good move for his career.

Pochettino is ambitious and maybe he thinks he can turn Spurs into Prem and European winners. He could quite easily come unstuck and as you suggest end up as just another Tottenham fail stat. Levy expects. There will certainly be more pressure. It will depend on how the Spurs players respond to Poch's tactics. They will have to be fitter for sure. At Southampton the players bought 100% into his vision. As a Saints fan I'm sorry to see him go but he was clearly unsettled when Cortese left. I hope for his sake Levy gives him the time needed.
