Are courts doing enough for people like Christopher Mackney?

Christopher Mackney was one of many people who found himself in an ongoing legal battle with his ex-wife Dina Mackney (nee Scarmado) who did everything she could to make his life miserable.

Her and her father's ability to manipulate the legal system resulted in Mr Mackney taking his own life.

Now the ex-wife is trying to copywrite the suicide note to silence Mr Mackney's last words.

Mr Mackney's side of events:

If true, then why can the courts not see that one party has a history of litigious activity and then take that into account when weighing up the testimony of one side over another. It seems that the father-in-law bankrolled the divorce and custody proceedings with no allowances made for Mr Mackney's financial situation or well being.

Adverserial courts work well except when it comes to family courts. Family courts seem to be set up so that compromise is not encouraged and the more naive party is left out in the cold.

How is this acceptable?

I can tell you that in California at least, the courts can and do try to drive you to suicide. The judges are largely corrupt and they have no oversight. If you try to appeal from a decision they will now use the Elkins Task Force Family Code 2030 to squash your appeal (Yes in California a superior court judge can rule against an appeal from his decision without question). The abuse of civil rights for fathers in California at the behest of the state BAR associations is well documented and epidemic. This man committed suicide because everything was taken from him, I at least was able to survive, but after 7 years there is no end in sight from the continual harassment and intereference. The courts do nothing to control this abuse of the legal system, in fact they encourage it, it's a 50 billion dollar a year business for lawyers, and lawyers control our state legislatures. Please watch divorce corp, the movie to learn more about what is going on in the dark corners of our legal system.

It's not acceptable and the courts are not doing enough for men like Mackney and they never will. More money passes through family court than all other courts combined. It's goal is to make lawyers and judges money and destroy families. Women will say that they often get the shaft after divorce but those cases are rare. Time and time again men are sliced in half by misandric family court judges who actually get higher compensation when they award custody of children to the mother, which is almost always the case. Men watch their home, children and income ripped away from them and are reduced to studio apartments, loss of employment or in Mr. Mackney's case, everything.

Until laws change, and don't expect that to happen anytime soon, men have but one choice. Never, ever, ever get married. The risks are just far too great.
