hi, i want to buy a house in Ajax ON(Wes\rose) , i liked the house its Vinyl not brick what you suggest ? any problem in re selling ? thx?

The problem with vinyl siding is that this is some type of plastic and it can get brittle with time. But worse, some people cover their house exterior in vinyl siding to hide dry rot and other pest damage and that is difficult to discover by a pest control inspection, unless a section is removed for inspection.
