Interviews after terminated for reporting harassment?

How do you answer the question for why you left the job when you were forced out for reporting that the favourites were harassing you and that your boss violated your rights for taking no action? I feel like I was just re-victimized repeatedly and am really angry and bitter. As well, the stress of the situation has had significant effects on my health.

Bet ya I can kiss my reference goodbye.

I'm not good at lying (and you shouldn't for a job interview). However, I really need to rehearse being diplomatic for this question.

Tell them "I reported an unethical situation and at the time I did not know management was a part of it. For this I was terminated"

If they ask if they can call this company always say no and do not list their phone number on your application or resume.

trust me TAKE IT OFF YOUR RESUME

i was fired because a superior told me to do something that was against policy then threw me to the wolves

i actually left this job on my resume for 2 interviews. but after 2 i realized; i could just say (about the unaccounted for time) "i spent this time looking for work". and now i have a new job.

take it off your resume. even if you are a bad liar, "I was looking for work for all that time" is not that hard to memorize
