What is your favourite Tarot Deck?, Why?

Who's it by? I run a metaphysical shop outside of Toronto and we are looking to expand our collection. Its much better for me to hear from others who've actually used them, so I appreciate all your suggestions.

I have 3. I have Halloween and fairy themed tarot decks that I just picked up because I liked how they looked but I don't usually use them. The one I actually use and feel connected to is the Robin Wood deck. I think it's just personal preference though everyone connects to something different. The shop near me carries 3 different versions of the rider waite deck but not much else, I wish they had more variety.

Tarot of the Old Path (Wiccan, extremely popular and beautiful images)

    - My first deck I spotted it in a shop much like your own. Loved the imagery and I'm not a fan of Christianity and it's symbolism so the fact that it was Wiccan and designed by Wiccan witches also appealed to me.

    The original Rider-Waite (pub 1909)

    - I tried to avoid this deck as I wanted to be different but in the end I bought a copy and now it's all I ever use. Why? I think Arthur E. Waite was a metaphysics genius. If you understand numerology well you'll see that his imagery matches the numerology perfectly. I believe it was his deep understand of numerological symbology that made him swap Strength and Justice in the Rider-Waite deck. When I look at any deck now I tend to find issues with what it lacks in symbology in comparison to what Waite introduced. Crowley tried to go one better than Waite (they knew each other) with the Thoth but I think the Thoth is lacking in many ways and fails to be the next evolutionary step on from the RiderWaite.

In fact I think the RiderWaite is the pinnacle of Tarot to date. I've yet to see a deck that goes one better which is why it has endured so well and remains the most popular of all.

I collect them and have several I really like. However, there is a deck from about 30 yeas ago that had large flat pictures in a very simple style. I have no idea the name of the deck and have one card from it. For a full deck that can be used I like the Robin Hood Deck and the Witches Deck.

There was also one called the Grandmothers Deck I learned on
