Wrong spelling of surname on ID, applying for Philippine passport?

What should I do? My college ID got a wrong spelling of my surname, instead of G they put it Q. I am about to apply philippine passport, my supporting documents are okay. But i'm too concerned with my ID, i still have postal ID but I don't know if still accepted by the DFA.

Well you can't use the ID with wrong spelling.

Drop into the BIR and apply for a small business license. That could be issued on the same day. But you have your NSO Birth Certificate, so that and the postal should be enough.
