What do you call dizziness from watching TV on side?
My mother hurt her should and watched TV while laying on her side for 2-3 days. Now she is suffering from constant dizziness. The doctor said she developed this problem while watching TV. I can't find this on the internet anywhere. Can someone tell me what it is called so I can research treatment?

The only thing I can think of is vertigo. If you call her doc she can request her progress note from that visit and then you can get all the diagnosis'. Also, some docs have common diagnosis' on their website, so look there too.

dizziness and headaches can be caused by low blood pressure, if it has been going on for a while you need to see a doctor, another reason for this type of symptom is pregancy
