Never heard of anyone mentioning a way to repel GOBLIN......but i have an idea.since they are small,fast you can consider them as a rabid dog and deal with them as you would with a dog

A can of Raid and nunchaku usually works for me. Goblins aren't so scary when they're twitching on the floor or running away with a bloody nose.
