What is covered in precalculus?
I want to study precalculus over July so I can skip it. I know you may say, " it's better to absorb the information slowly" but math classes are too slow for me anyways. And, since I have a free period next year, I'll study math more thoroughly. Plus, the calculus class in my school cover precalc ideas more thoroughly than precalc, while precalc gives you the skeleton. I already took a college algebra class too, which was basically precalc without trigonometry and intended for seniors. I'm a sophomore-come-Junior. I don't want to take the same class three times in a row, I do want to be good at math though.
Please list the subject covered in precalc, possibly with links.

It's usually a more intense study of some algebra 2 topics, like quadratics, logarithms and exponents, graphing polynomials, solving polynomial equations, functions, conic sections. Then you spend a few months on trigonometry. In a rigorous precalc class, they will also cover the polar number system, parametric equations, vectors (which are trig-related), sequences and series, binomial theorem.

Lines, Functions, graphs of ellipses/hyperbolas, and trig are general topics. I've posted two great sites that list pre-cal topics along with explanations of both. The second one is designed for an intro college course, but the info is very useful.
