I need insulation installed.?
My situation is this. Someone before us, made the garage into a bedroom. It has very nice hardwood floor but it is quite cool in the winter. Not sure what, if any insulation is underneath. I can see a whole going into it from the outside. This is where I had to get rid of skunk from. Got him, now can I have insulation blown into this hole to make it warmer. I am really wondering if the insulation will work if it just sits on the ground under my floor???

In order to do it properly, you would have to lift the floor, insulate it, and instal a vapour barrier. between the insulation and the floor.
You could have cellulose blown in, but then you could be asking for trouble from it retaining dampness which could cause mould.
OR
You can wear slippers !
