Why is President Obama snubbing the Knesset?

When President Clinton visited Israel, he spoke before the Knesset (Israeli Parliament). When President Carter visited Israel, he spoke before the Knesset. When Prime Minister Netanyahou visits Washington, DC, he speaks before our Congress, as do other visiting world leaders.

President Obama spoke before the Parliament of India, Australia, the UK, and Ghana. He has been invited to speak at Knesset, but refused the offer. Why the snub?

In my opinion because of Israel is treating the Palestinians like the Blacks were treated in South Africa. American political realities mean he cannot say this openly, but as a European that is my opinion. If he were to address the Knesset, it would have been interpreted as support for Israel's policies of ethnic-cleansing and settlements in the West Bank.

Also, the Israeli parliament is very rightwing and Obama is on the Left. Hence there were reported fears of heckling. The conspiracy theory about Obama being a Muslim are also very common in Israel.
