Who do we point our finger at now?
Preconditioning. It’s so sad that we, as a culture, cannot see that violence promotes violence. The movies, the games and even the tolerance for rude and abusive behavior has become the norm, so what can we expect from the weak minded few. Down the path we go, eager to blame the instruments of violence but not willing to see the root causes.

Violence such as guns? In the hands of the right person, the gun is an instrument for maintaining the peace. Its possession ensures a balance between violent people and you ,who want to be peaceful.
Rude behavior stems from bad parenting but can be counteracted by EDUCATION.
Is society preconditioned TO violence? No.
