how do i get enough energy?

i teach tennis for 7 hours a day with little kids and wake up at 6 every morning and im just so exhausted

its 5 days a week in a row so i just get more and more exhausted each day to the point where i fall right asleep taking a nap when i get home and its really hard to stay up past ten

idk what to do cuz ive been eating a lot and i dont wanna start drinking coffee again cuz i get really addicted

    Sounds like you might be suffering from Burnout Syndrome as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22burnout+syn... due to your tennis tutoring requirements that seem to be exhausting you.

    Perhaps you need to reduce your tennis tutoring to half a day as a full day seems to be wearing you out.

    Perhaps you could do tennis tutoring for half a day and then something less exhausting for the other half day.

    Take breaks more often, or cut down your time ? Stress breathe :) Breathe in through your nose to the count of 6, hold it in to the count of 7, blow out hard to the count of 8 . It helps me when I get over tired. Puts more oxygen to the brain. Good Luck.
