How much I'm I supposed to weigh?

I'm 5'7 feet tall. I'm not fat or anything. I just wanted to know about how much I'm supossed to weigh. Because right now I weigh 130.. . I'm tall. But if I wanna loose weight should it still be a healthy life choice for me? I have this belle fat, that isn't noticible but I want to loose it for me. So yea any idea how much I should weigh??

    130 for 5'7 is quite healthy, so I would say lose no more then 10 pounds.

    depending on whether you or male or female. 125-130 is female weight at 5'7. Male weight is about 140-145 pounds at 5'7. I know because I am 5'7 and have looked into this myself. I currently weigh 155 because I have been weight lifting and eating 4000 calories a day for about... 2 months.. went from 144 (my normal weight) to 155. all muscle. But I wont gain much more weight as this could become unhealthy.

    If this is still that 13 year old girl who wants to do ballet you are fine puberty will take care of that baby fat just keep dancing and being active you will be just fine

    I think you are actually under weight for your height because I am 5'3" and my ideal weight is 130lbs. If you want just do AB exercises.
