Marry Me, Mary (also known as Mary Stayed Out All Night) has a plot like that. It's a comedy. A girl asks a man (who she met by almost hitting him with her car) to pose as her husband in order to escape from an arranged marriage her deadbeat (but in a funny way!) father insists on setting up. Her father's childhood friend, who is now very wealthy, has always wanted his handsome, rich son to marry the daughter. Not only does the girl have to live as if she's married to the poor musician she almost ran over, she also has to spend some time living in a trial marriage with the rich guy. Here's a link to the Dramawiki page about it:

Another drama with this plot element is Playful Kiss (also known as Mischievous Kiss). This was extremely popular when it was on, and it was actually a Korean remake of a Taiwanese drama called It Started With a Kiss. This is also a comedy, about a not-so-bright high school girl who has to move into the house of the high-school genius when her house gets destroyed by an earthquake. Laughs and love ensue. I actually saw the Taiwanese version first, and liked it better than the Korean one. A sequel was made to the Taiwanese version called They Kiss Again, with all the same actors playing the characters. The original story was a Japanese manga, and there were a few Japanese TV series based on the story. Obviously, this was a very popular story!
I watched Spy Myungwol and liked it, too, so I think you'll enjoy these dramas.
Just thought I'd add one of my favorites, Sons of Sol Pharmacy (also known as My Too Perfect Sons), although it doesn't have this particular plot device. Very funny romcom which had very high ratings when it aired.

Definitely Playful Kiss.
It's about a girl called Hani who isn't very smart. During high school she's in love with the smartest guy in school named Seung-Jo but he doesn't like her at all! An earthquake happens and Hani's house falls down so she and her father move in with her father's old friend - it turns out the friend's son is Seung-Jo! They're forced to live together and like you said... the feelings develop etc.
AWESOME DRAMA! :)

Like every drama ever! Hahaha naw i love these kind. Personal Taste is exactly that as is Dream High. My Princess also has some cohabitation i think.

Ummms... the only thing I can think of right now is Dream High LMAO. Technically, the main characters are forced to stay in the same house xD

Personal Taste is probably what you're looking for.
A woman allows an architect to move into her home assuming that he's gay.
It has a good blend of romance and comedy.
