moved to korea for the army and i cant access my DMV website my wallet was stolen right before getting to korea so i need a new drive's license. how can I like VPN or something like that i think korea blocks some of the websites mydmvportal.flhsmv.gov this is what i need to go to replace my driver's license

I have not heard of South Korea blocking the internet. You need to find a teenager- they all know how to get around any restrictions. Or get someone in the US to go online and order your replacement license.
