Last summer I found these great mesh car backrests at Dollar Tree, so over the last several months, every time I went there I picked up a few to give to various friends. It seemed to mean a lot to many, especially older folks & pregnant ladies, but cost me so little! :o)

Edit: I kept them in the car 'cause I never knew who'd I'd "run into" & want to give 1 to.
