As a runner id say no. a 5K, roughly 3.1 miles would break national records. The most elite runners for college will hold a 4:40 pace, 14:30 5K so anything sub 15 is concidered fenominal. So being highly unlikely( vertually impossible) id aim for something like 15 min. good luck

Hi.A friend of mine ran a 5k in just the 16 minute range which to me is really fast.I think 11 minutes is hard to reach though. You would have to go super fast to get it.

world record pace is 12.37 by kenenisa bekele of ethiopia, the fastest time in the world this year was 12.51 by mo farah of great britain.

If you think you can run 1 minute 37 faster than anyone else ever has, when the worl record has only come down form about 13 minutes flat in 20 years.... then good luck.

Nope. That would be 3.54 minute miles.
