penis skin abrasian not healing.. anyone?

I used some cheap lotion and got a friction burn on my penis, about 7 months ago. I did not let it heal for 7 months and continued masturbating the area quite frequently and very aggresively. Recently, ive decided to let it heal. The underside of the head(frenulumihtink) is really damaged, looks wrinkly and burnt very disgusting. Ive been to two doctors both of them say they dont see anything, but there is obviously someething wrong. Anytime i masturbate the skin ends up peeling off, i havent done it for 2 weeks, but I keep having wet dreams so it keeps destroying itself now.. Im 18, my sex life is ruined, and I doubt my penis is gonna heal... does anyone have any similar problems?

Ive tried using vitamin E lotions on my penis, but i have some sort of allegic reaction to them because my penis just starts to burn more. (as well as vaseline.. same issue)

It really looks bad, and it doesnt look like its gonna heal... even with the wet dreams im not sure if its peeling but it burns a bit after i wake up.

What should I do? Do i need some sort of reconstructive surgery? will i ever be ok again...? Or is this just going to take like 2 months to heal?

Since you have been having this problem for a lengthy period there is a ground to suggest that you have an allergy combined with mycosis or skin bacteria. You really need to see a dermatologist. That area is very sensitive to aggressive medication. Another point is you cannot relieve allergy with a steroid cream without boosting bacterial erosion. You definitely need a combined approach in treatment.

Keep in mind still one more pint. If you will not heal your skin, it will lose elasticity and will be subject to easy micro cracks. That may be another stage of your problems.

Don't make haste with any surgery. Try to cure what you have yet. And stop being pessimistic. Good luck.

If the skin is not broken/bleeding, you can try using a moisturizer after showering to rehydrate it. Man1 Man Oil is one brand made specifically for the penis. It has vitamin E and Shea butter in it, which work in different ways to moisturize.

Check the label of vasoline. If it's petroleum jelly, cease using it. It's a petroleum based product. Use a neutral skin lotion with aloe in it to soothe the penis, not to cover it.

Just let it rest. It def needs time to heal. You can try putting neosporan on it, but do not put any friction on the area for a while

Best to go see a Doctor, they are there to help you, not to laugh at you, so don't feel embarrassed, don't use cheap lotion next time too.
