Is the grammar correct?
Hi, can someone tell me if the following sentences are grammatically correct?
I have already seen that movie yesterday.
Each of his sons is fluent in German.
Thanks

The first is a bit off. I already saw that movie yesterday.
Whenever an expression of time in the past is given (yesterday), the simple past must be use.
The second one is fine. You cannot change it to 'both.' How many sons does he have? Two? Three? More?

I think the grammar is fine in the first but, in case you were interested, it sounds stilted to an English native. "I already saw that movie yesterday" sounds perfect.
I'm not sure about the second sentence, but "Both of his sons are fluent in German" sounds more natural. Since you said 'each', maybe you can say 'is', but it sounds kinda weird.
