What country does she live in? If she is getting Social Security disability in the United States, her earnings would NOT reduce her monthly check. In fact, if she makes sure that she never earns over $1000 a month, work will never terminate her benefits nor will it ever reduce her monthly check.

A Social Security disability benefit of approximately $1000 a month would make her ineligible for any other public assistance.
