Is this college course a good deal?

Question

I am considering entering CDI College in Surrey, BC (Canada) for a Network Systems Engineer program.

It gives me these 7 certifications:

Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA)
A+
Net+
Security+
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

This will cost me approximately $18,500CAD, which seems very steep to me, but I don't know what other similar courses/certifications would cost.

thats about the cost for such courses.  some go beyond $20K
