It is infact holding Alt and pressing the Tab key. I just tried it myself. I am however not sure if it is different depending on whether you have Windows 98, XP or Vista but I have Vista and it is working this way. try it and if not, do combinations of all holding alt, shift, or tab and then pressing the other ones. hope it works for you! =)
