What is your concept of being creepy?
If you want a long complicated difficult to pronounce name - take this one:
Krestovozdvizhensky (Крестовоздвиженский). It's a real name, not some pseudo-Russian crap.
If you want something shorter, here are some last names:
Lodyzhkin (Лодыжкин)
Zlobin (Злобин)
Petukhov (Петухов)
Batrakov (Батраков)
Well, hope you'll find them creepy enough.
