anyone know if the XBOX AVATAR clothing can be bought for real life?

my wife likes the clthing that she put on her avatar, and was wondering if they are modeled after real clothing and if so where she could find them

    no i doubt it if that can happen, then i would like a little bit of surgery so i can look exactly like my avatar, quite cute :P

    U can't clothing them coz they r by default
